Permits Foundation 10th anniversary Symposium on 22nd November in London
15 October 2011“Congratulations, you’ve got the job. Sorry your partner can’t work there”
10 Years on – How has the world changed?
Ten years ago, the Economist Group Magazine European Voice reported on the launch of Permits Foundation with a punchy title capturing the essence of the problem faced by expat staff considering an international assignment. This year Permits Foundation celebrates 10 years advocacy of change to immigration legislation to allow accompanying partners to work.
The symposium will take fresh look at the impact of partner employment aspirations on international mobility and what needs to be done to continue to be successful in promoting legislative change in a challenging economic and political climate.
Who should attend? HR mobility, talent and diversity managers, government officials and immigration lawyers.
