Europe – The European Commission’s proposals for a Directive on intra-corporate transfers should be amended to allow family members to work.
Given the importance of accompanying family members to international mobility, Permits Foundation has recommended amendments to ensure that family members can accompany the intra-corporate employee from the start of the assignment and be permitted to work.
