Permits Foundation to feature in Fragomen Costa Rica event on 13 March
20 February 2025Fragomen is hosting one of its flagship events for 2025 in Costa Rica, featuring Permits Foundation. The roundtable discussion will take place on March 13, 2025, at 8:30 AM. This event will explore geopolitics, including the influence of the U.S. and China in Latin America and their impact on talent mobility, economic development, and policy innovation. Julia Onslow-Cole, Partner at Fragomen and Board Member of the Permits Foundation, will be speaking at the event.
Partner employment access will be one of the topics covered at the discussion. This follows a submission made by Permits Foundation to the Minister for Trade, recommending direct work access, including self-employment, incident to dependant status, for accompanying spouses/partners of Temporary Residence of Executives of Accredited Companies permit holders.
