These diverse organisations show the breadth of concern and quality of support for international dual careers in both the private and public sector.

According to our 2022 Survey – featuring 64 international organisations with 4.5 million employees between them, over 87% of employers said that international mobility was important or very important to their organisation, with that figure rising to 98% for international company transfers. Where a host country allows partners to work, 91% of respondents said that their organisation’s ability to attract people with desired qualifications and skills increased. In the same survey, 94% of employers said that family members of employees should be allowed to work in the host country directly upon recognition of their dependant status and 65% felt that their organisation should do more to support dual careers.
