Building on our previous research, this employer survey explores the evolving interplay between dependant work access and talent mobility in a changing global landscape. The findings will help inform policymakers and industry professionals, supporting more inclusive, effective, and predictable approaches to managing an internationally mobile workforce.

You are invited to take part in the survey if you are a senior professional with insight into international mobility policies, practices or decision-making.
The survey consists of approximately 20 questions and will take around 10–15 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated confidentially and in compliance with our privacy policy. Findings will be published in aggregated form only.
