2025 has been another year marked by political and economic changes. With the ripple effect impacting how companies manage their workforces across the globe, Permits Foundation is proud to have helped international employers, employees and families as they continue to navigate this ever shifting landscape. Our success was possible thanks to our sponsors, we are hugely grateful for your support!

We were excited to launch our brand-new website

We partnered with AGCS to create the beautiful new site, see their latest blog explaining the process!

Our advocacy helped bring progress in two of our priority destinations

  • On the UK, we asked for your feedback regarding the Government immigration white paper.
  • On the US,  we asked for input on the removal of the EAD automatic extension.
  • On Ireland, we asked about processing delays and shared how new immigration policy enables work access for children aged 16-18.
  • In the APAC region, we carried out a round of stakeholder outreach with sponsors, global mobility specialists and press.
  • On the EU, we shared our Blue Card explainer now that all Member States have implemented the revised Directive.

  • Permits Foundation Chair Gill Gordon recognised by Relocate Global as an Outstanding Global Woman of 2025!
  • Participated as a judge at the Expat Communication prize ceremony, in Paris, presenting a prize to Agence Française de Développement.
  • Judged at FEM EMEA Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards and presented a prize to SAP.
Our World Map continues to be hugely popular with our network

The World Map is the most visited page on our site after the home page! 42 green countries are now on the map, 54 countries were updated in 2025.
