Celebrating 20 Years with Françoise van Roosmalen

20 Years at the Heart of Permits Foundation –
The Board and team are delighted to relay our congratulations to Françoise van Roosmalen upon the milestone of 20 years of employment at Permits Foundation.
Françoise could very well be considered the heart of Permits Foundation. Her work as Coordinator over a period of two decades means that Françoise has been a crucial part of every aspect of the work of the Foundation. From finances, operations and staffing to (local) advocacy campaigns and strategy. For many, she has been the trusted point of contact and recognised face of sponsor and stakeholder engagement.
Before her journey at Permits Foundation began in 2005, Françoise was helping international families in the Netherlands at the Shell Spouse Employment Centre in the Hague. With her husband and daughter, Françoise herself has for much of her life, lived in countries around the world. She has seen first-hand the impact that international families face in a range of locations including the Philippines, Switzerland, Kazakhstan and China.
Permits Foundation is an organisation driven by passion, founded by a group of forward-thinking individuals and companies who continue to support the cause to this day. That passion is exemplified by Françoise’s unwavering dedication over the past two decades. Her contributions have been instrumental to our growth and ongoing impact.
