Permits Foundation’s Executive Director has written a letter to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Homeland Security ahead of a planned announcement (expected later this month) to rescind employment authorisation for certain H4 dependent spouses.
Permits Foundation asks that the US authorities maintain the current programme which enables access to work for these H4 spouses.
