Peter Hawthorne is the Global Mobility Director for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) based in Corporate Headquarters in London. Responsible for developing the Company Mobility policies and delivering the services to staff and families moving globally.

Peter joined GSK in 1989 and led HR activities across a number of manufacturing sites and project groups. In 2000 he worked on developing the Mobility Policy for GSK which was formed through the merger of two companies. The new Policy brought together the best of both legacy companies practices and addressed many previously unmet needs.
