Stephanie Boyde leads the executive compensation and global expatriate policy practices Shell, based in Corporate Headquarters in The Hague. In this role she is responsible for the remuneration of internationally mobile employees within Shell, from international business travellers to long term international assignees. These teams also manage the policies and programmes by which Shell supports expatriates and their families on assignment, including for example children’s education services to expatriates / co-ordination of the Shell schools. Stephanie has experience in all aspects of compensation and is currently leading Shell’s International Mobility Review.

Stephanie joined Shell in 2003. Prior to this, she was a divisional head of reward with Barclays, and was also self-employed and an executive compensation consultant with Towers Perrin.
